Job Title: Senior Structural Technician.
Location: Halesowen.
Salary: Salary Negotiable - Dependent on individual Skills / Exp.

Excellent opportunity for a Senior Structural Technician with strong AutoCAD skills and expertise to join a busy Structural Engineering Department in Birmingham.

As a Structural Technician you will have excellent AutoCAD abilities and "ideally" be experienced in the use of CADS RC and Excel. You will understand projects of a "buildings" nature and be able to work on the production of drawings and details from foundation upwards.

• Preparation of engineering drawings and specifications
• Use of AutoCAD, CADS RC, Excel and other computerised design software
• Supervising and mentoring less experienced Technicians
• Liaison with clients and contractors
• Managing the delivery of projects

• Excellent communications skills both verbally and written
• IT literate
• Ideally 5 years+ experience detailing in constructions, with some experience detailing
  
  RC.
• Ability to interact with a wide range of people including clients, contractors and other consultants
• Be able to work effectively as part of a team
