An opportunity has arisen for an electrical maintenance engineer to join a long-established UK manufacturing site with a strong reputation for quality and reliability. Operating from a large, multi-site facility, the business continues to invest in its plant, people and engineering capability, offering long-term stability and varied technical challenges.

This role would suit an Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking for a secure position within a well-structured maintenance function, working on a broad range of industrial equipment.

• Planned preventative and reactive maintenance on electrical systems and production machinery
• Fault finding and breakdown response to minimise downtime
• Working with control panels, motors, drives and PLC‑controlled equipment
• Supporting continuous improvement and reliability projects
• Assisting with installation, testing and commissioning of new machinery
• Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with site procedures

• Electrical maintenance experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Relevant electrical qualifications (apprenticeship, NVQ, or equivalent)
• Ability to read electrical drawings and fault‑find effectively
• A proactive, team‑focused approach to maintenance

• A starting salary in the region of £50,000
