We are currently recruiting an experienced or aspiring SEN Teacher for a specialist school in Halesowen that places personalised learning and wellbeing at the heart of everything it does.

• Plan and deliver structured, engaging lessons aligned with EHCP targets
• Use adaptive teaching strategies to support pupils with autism, SEMH and complex needs
• Work closely with families, therapists and support professionals

• Ongoing CPD and SEN-focused training opportunities
• Dedicated support from experienced education consultants
• Opportunities for long-term and permanent placements

• Holds QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification
• Has experience in SEN settings or a strong desire to develop within SEN education
• Is calm, reflective and committed to personalised learning
• Is local or can travel to Halesowen
