We are seeking an experienced and passionate SEND Teacher to join a specialist SEND school in Dudley. Please only apply if you have previous experience teaching in a special needs school or specialist SEND setting.

As a SEND Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering tailored lessons to pupils with a range of complex needs. You will work closely with support staff, the SENCO, and external professionals to ensure each pupil receives high‑quality, inclusive education.

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to meet individual needs
• Lead and manage teaching assistants within the classroom
• Develop and review EHCPs and individual learning plans
• Support pupils with ASD, SEMH, ADHD, and complex learning needs
• Create a structured, nurturing, and positive learning environment
• Work collaboratively with parents, carers, and multi‑agency teams

• Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent
• Proven experience teaching in a special needs school or specialist SEND setting
• Strong understanding of SEND strategies and behaviour support
• A patient, flexible, and resilient approach
• Commitment to inclusive education and safeguarding
