Hours: 7.5 hours per week (1.5 hours per day, Mon–Fri).

No two days are the same at Black Country Federation as a Lunchtime Supervisor, you will:

• Engage & interact:
  Lead playground games and activities to keep children active and inclusive.
• Supervise with care:
  Oversee the dining hall and classrooms, ensuring a calm and safe environment.
• Support well‑being:
  Act as a positive role model, following our behaviour policy consistently and administering basic first aid (training provided).
• Collaborate:
  Work alongside our teaching staff and sports coaches to support our pupils' needs.

• We are looking for a team player who is caring and approachable, with a sensitive attitude that naturally connects with children.
• A strong communicator with great interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Organised and reliable, ensuring consistency for our pupils.
