What you will do:

• Support Newly Qualified Social Workers through their Assessed and Supported Year in Social Work by modelling best practices in their teams.
• Conduct group supervision sessions and one-to-one developmental meetings to enhance professional growth.
• Collaborate closely with the Service Manager and Team Managers at the Centre for Professional Practice to uphold audit and quality assurance standards.
• Drive the implementation of the Practice Framework within Children’s Services.
• Manage Student Social Work placements focusing on quality education and experience.
• Engage proactively with Dudley’s Directorate Wide participation strategy, fostering a sense of community and engagement.
