The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator on behalf of our client based in Stourbridge
.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and professional sales administration team, providing key support to ensure smooth operations and outstanding customer service.
LocationStourbridge
HoursMonday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm (40 hours per week)
The Role- Processing sales orders, quotations and invoices accurately
- Updating customer portals and CRM systems
- Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues
- Monitoring shared mailboxes and MS Teams channels
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Arranging despatches and processing sample requests
- Managing warranty claims
- Reporting issues or delays to the Supervisor
- Previous sales administration or sales support experience
- Confident using MS Office and CRM systems
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused and professional approach
- Experience processing high volumes of orders and handling customer queries
