Director of Retail Operations & Growth

We are a high-volume liquidation business selling appliances, furniture, flooring, tools, and home improvement products at deep discounts — and we’re growing fast.

I’m looking for a Director of Retail Operations & Growth to run the day‑to‑day execution of the business and help take it to the next level.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who understands how sales, inventory, marketing, and people all connect.

This role has real authority and accountability
, including:

• Running sales campaigns and driving daily/weekly revenue
• Holding salespeople accountable to activity, follow‑up, and closing
• Training and coaching the sales team (on the floor, not from a desk)
• Managing inventory, receiving, pricing, and store flow
• Understanding and operating within a liquidation / discount retail model
• Overseeing marketing execution (ads, promotions, local campaigns)
• Managing contractor & professional customer relationships
• Building and scaling e‑commerce (Shopify, marketplaces, listings)
• Improving systems, processes, and execution across the store
• Acting as the day‑to‑day operator so the owner can focus on growth

You will not be “handed a playbook.”
