Responsibilities- Support the Multi-Unit Team Leader and serve as the onsite point of contact for tax office associates and clients, ensuring quality and consistent client service.
- Execute and uphold the client service experience; escalate to the Multi-Unit Team Leader and District General Manager as necessary.
- Act as the onsite contact for escalated client service concerns.
- Ensure clients are scheduled properly, resolve conflicts, and escalate as needed.
- Lead the office from the front desk, provide phone coverage, and engage with clients to deliver an outstanding experience.
- Lead daily activities to ensure all tax office tasks are scheduled and completed on time with attention to quality and priorities.
- Lead daily huddles and communicate essential information to office associates.
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to plan and manage day-to-day office operations.
- Customer-centric mindset and strong communication skills.
- Computer proficiency with MS Office.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexible schedule around 40 hours per week with business-needs-based adjustments.
- High school diploma or equivalent or higher.
