Provides member service by acknowledging members and identifying member needs; offers guidance and support; assists with purchasing decisions; locates merchandise; resolves member issues and promotes company products.

Maintains safety of facility according to company policies; conducts safety sweeps; follows forklift spotting procedures; handles hazardous materials safely; reports unsafe situations.

Maintains the sales floor and merchandise presentation by zoning areas, stocking, arranging, and organizing merchandise; cleaning displays; removing damaged goods; signing and pricing merchandise; identifying shrink; securing fragile items.

Monitors food and merchandise quality; ensures product rotation, code dating, recalls and sanitation standards; promotes seasonal merchandise.

Complies with company policies, procedures and ethical standards; uses Open Door Policy; executes business processes.

Completes work assignments and priorities using available resources and policies; collaborates with managers, co‑workers, customers and partners; recommends improvements; learns from change and feedback.

Ensures club pick‑up orders are filled accurately.
