Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking qualified candidates for an Executive Chef opportunity with a high-end, fine-dining restaurant. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, including menu development, kitchen management, staff leadership, food quality, and cost controls. The ideal candidate is a hands-on culinary leader with a passion for excellence and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, train, and manage kitchen staff
- Develop seasonal menus and new recipes
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, sanitation, and food safety
- Manage inventory, food costs, and vendor relationships
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and guest experience
- Collaborate with restaurant leadership to support service excellence
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a high-end steakhouse or fine-dining environment
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training
- Proven leadership and team development experience
- Strong knowledge of food safety, kitchen operations, and cost control
- Ability to obtain Serv Safe certification
