** Keep the bar areas stocked with supplies at all times. Make parcel deliveries to departments within the facility.

** HOURS OF WORK
** Monday: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM  Tuesday - 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM  Wednesday - Off  Thursday - Off  Friday - 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM  Saturday - 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM  Sunday - 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM  Schedule is subject to change based on business demand.
** SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
*** Deliver supplies to bar area.
* Track bar supplies.
* Keep bar area stocked with supplies.
* Clean all bar areas during and after the end of shift.
* Check beer coolers.
* Prepare bar and storage areas for inventory.
* Act as back-up bartender.
* Assist with cleaning up of tables in restaurant area.
* Put away food & beverage deliveries on shift.
* Log in & distribute UPS & Fed Ex Packages on shift.
* Other duties as assigned.
** EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
*** No formal education required.
** STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE
*** Able to mix and create alcoholic drinks.
* Able to communicate with customers and co-workers.
* Ability to determine when to “cut-off” patrons who consume too much alcohol.
* Able to follow directions.

*** Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
* Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling
