Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

* Exhibit foundational hospitality by preparing, cooking, assembling, and presenting food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards and recipes

* Treat everyone with honor, dignity, and respect

* Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant

* Treat food and equipment with respect to align in our effort to be a faithful steward of all we have been entrusted with

* Multitask with urgency and accuracy while taking and fulfilling guest's orders while keeping the restaurant safe, clean, and stocked

* Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic, a growth mindset, and a servant's heart

* Work on their feet for several hours at a time in one or multiple positions

* Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes

* Communicate kindly and effectively with guests and Team Members

* Adhere to Chick-fil-A procedures and policies at all times

* Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership

* Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned

* Other duties as assigned
