Quality Technician

Description

• Perform product audits on the production floor
• Support specification reviews and communicate quality requirements
• Conduct and document test procedures (air/water/structural testing)
• Build and install test fixtures and prototypes
• Use measurement tools (tape measures, calipers, micrometers) to verify parts
• Partner with Quality Engineers, Operations, and OPD teams to resolve issues
• Participate in root cause investigations and corrective actions
• Maintain quality documentation and standard work instructions
• Assist with calibration and care of quality/test equipment
• Attend daily shift debriefs and contribute to continuous improvement activities

• Strong computer skills
• Technical degree or related education preferred
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/specifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
• Comfortable working on the production floor
• Measurement tool familiarity (training provided)
• Interest in long-term growth within Quality

Entry Level

Contract position based out of Dubuque, IA.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
