Quality Control / Manager, Quality Technician/ Inspector
Description
- Perform product audits on the production floor
- Support specification reviews and communicate quality requirements
- Conduct and document test procedures (air/water/structural testing)
- Build and install test fixtures and prototypes
- Use measurement tools (tape measures, calipers, micrometers) to verify parts
- Partner with Quality Engineers, Operations, and OPD teams to resolve issues
- Participate in root cause investigations and corrective actions
- Maintain quality documentation and standard work instructions
- Assist with calibration and care of quality/test equipment
- Attend daily shift debriefs and contribute to continuous improvement activities
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong computer skills
- Technical degree or related education preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/specifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
- Comfortable working on the production floor
- Measurement tool familiarity (training provided)
- Interest in long-term growth within Quality

Pay & BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
