• Active RN license (state/compact as applicable)
• Strong clinical assessment, prioritization, and patient education skills
• Comfortable with EMR documentation and collaborating within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and the every third weekend rotation
• Willingness to complete standard onboarding and compliance requirements (background check, drug screen, health screenings, and competency validation)

• Provide safe, high-quality bedside nursing care to a diverse medical-surgical patient population
• Perform focused assessments, monitor patient status, and elevate changes using facility protocols
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments per provider orders and policy
• Coordinate care with physicians, case management, and ancillary services to support patient goals and discharge planning
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, and post-discharge care
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and quality outcomes
