Registered Nurse​/Licensed Practical Nurse

Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Full-Time | 8 or 12 Hour Shifts.

• 1:00PM-1:00AM (12-hour)
• 9:00AM-9:00PM (12 hour)
• 1:00PM-9:00PM (8 hour)
• Every 4th weekend + every other holiday required

$34.60/hour + Differentials (see below)

• Evenings (2PM-10PM): + $2.00/hour

$28.08/hour + Differentials (see below)

• Evenings (2PM-10PM): + $2.00/hour

• Deliver preventive, restorative, and emergency nursing care
• Administer medications and treatments accurately
• Document nursing care per policy
• Educate and support direct care staff
• Respond to health concerns and emergencies
• Communicate with families, providers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Coordinate labs, pharmacy needs, and appointments
• Assist with resident care and staff health monitoring

• Licensed RN or LPN (Iowa)
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to lift 35 lbs independently
• Valid driver's license & ability to qualify as an approved driver

Pay is based on experience, education, and previous loyalty to Hills & Dales.
