• Assist with clinic procedures (wound care, suture/staple removal, dressing changes)

• Coordinate imaging, referrals, surgical prep, and follow‑up care
• Maintain accurate documentation and support smooth clinic flow

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (RNs must obtain a BSN within 12 years of hire)
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant Program

• Active RN or LPN license issued by the Iowa Board of Nursing
• CMA certification preferred
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or within three months of hire

• Clinical experience preferred; neurosurgery or neuro background is a plus but not required
