Responsibilities- Supervise and lead a team of production workers, ensuring that everyone understands their roles and responsibilities through Safety, Quality, and Delivery.
- Collaborate with management to develop production schedules and ensure that production targets are met.
- Identify skill gaps and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members.
- Provide constructive feedback on performance and hold team members accountable for their contributions.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team members to share ideas for process enhancements.
- Ability to work daily and weekend overtime as dictated by production needs.
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Skill set to address and resolve conflicts within the team effectively.
- Excellent Communicator, who thrives on solving problems and working in a team environment.
- Strong skills in making timely and effective decisions based on available information.
- Knowledge of workplace safety standards and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Competent using Microsoft Office.
- Degree or equivalent work-related experience.
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is $39.19 - $39.19/hour. Non‑exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of forty in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
