EPITEC | Supervisor III – Operations (Team Lead)
- Dubuque, IA | 100% Onsite (W2)
- 3rd Shift: 9:30 PM – 6:30 AM
- 12-month contract (03/30/2026 – 03/29/2027)
- Up to $40/hr
- No visa sponsorship (now or in the future)
EPITEC is hiring a Supervisor III – Operations / Team Lead to support manufacturing operations at the Dubuque Works facility. This role leads a team of production employees and is accountable for Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost on assigned shift.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise production teams on 3rd shift
- Drive safety, quality, and delivery performance
- Manage daily staffing, scheduling, and overtime
- Coach, train, and develop team members
- Address performance issues and resolve conflicts
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and work standards
- Prior supervisory or team lead experience in manufacturing
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills
- Knowledge of workplace safety standards
- Ability to manage production schedules and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Degree or equivalent work‑related experience
