- Hours: 40 hours/week (Overtime may be requested)
- Travel: None required
- Visa Sponsorship: Not available now or in the future
- PPE Requirement: Metatarsal safety boots required on Day 1
- Support quality activities in fabrication areas including Skid Steer boom, main frame, and pre-paint operations
. - Ensure adherence to standard work procedures and safety protocols.
- Perform in-process quality checks and audits per established guidelines.
- Document non-conformances and initiate containment actions when defects are identified.
- Coordinate with the Quality team to manage suspect material and ensure proper disposition.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards, weld specifications, and inspection criteria.
- Collaborate with inspectors and welders to identify recurring quality issues and drive corrective actions.

- Or related field (or equivalent hands‑on experience)
- Experience in a manufacturing environment (fabrication or welding preferred).
- Strong problem‑solving and root cause analysis skills.
- Working knowledge of quality systems, inspection standards, and non-conformance documentation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working with operators, skilled trades, and engineering teams.
- Experience with welding processes, fixtures, jigs, and fabrication tooling.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, 5S, ergonomic assessments).
- Experience working in a unionized manufacturing environment.
- On‑site position supporting active production areas.
- Frequent shop floor presence around welding, fabrication, and automated equipment.
- Occasional schedule flexibility required for production support and shift handoffs.
