Foundry Laborer - 2nd Shift

Summary:

This position supports daily foundry operations by performing a variety of production tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Sorting and staging castings, handling raw materials, and assisting with the movement of materials throughout the production area.
• Perform rough cast finishing operations-such as grinding and deburring-and blast clean castings to meet quality and surface finish requirements.

The Foundry Laborer works in a physically active environment and must be able to stand for extended periods, safely lift and move materials within established guidelines, and collaborate effectively with teammates. A willingness to assist in multiple areas of the foundry as production needs change is essential to keeping operations running smoothly.

Wages start at $23.76 + $1.10 shift premium. $2,000 Retention Bonus!
