Salary: $70,000 – $82,500 annually + potential bonus

Schedule:

3rd Shift (nights); extended hours and weekends as needed

A leading manufacturing facility in Dubuque is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead operations in a fast-paced production environment. This leadership role is responsible for driving safety, quality, and productivity while building an engaged and high-performing team. This is a Direct Hire opportunity, meaning the right fit candidate will go directly onto the hiring company’s payroll and be eligible for their benefits program.

• Lead and execute plant production processes during assigned shift
• Supervise and develop team members to achieve production and quality goals
• Ensure appropriate resources (materials, equipment, staffing) are available to maintain schedules
• Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, cost, and customer service
• Maintain a strong team-oriented culture and positive workforce engagement
• Spend approximately 80% of shift actively on the production floor

Required:

• 1+ year experience as a shift lead, shift supervisor, assistant manager, or similar leadership role OR Associate’s Degree
• Demonstrated leadership, initiative, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship

Approximately six weeks of hands-on training before department assignment. Virtual new employee orientation with cross-functional exposure. Six-month operational training program while working on the job.
