As a CNC Programmer, you’ll be at the center of transforming ideas into high‑quality, precision‑machined parts. On-Site
6:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM
Monday - Thursday

What you will do:

Program and optimize CNC milling machines
Apply your hands‑on experience with CNC machines to ensure world‑class performance
Collaborate closely with engineers, machinists, and production teams to drive efficient, accurate workflows
Troubleshoot, debug, and refine CNC programs for peak machine optimization
Uphold strict quality standards to ensure every part meets exact specifications

What you will need to be successful:

Experience programming CNC mills, including creating and modifying G‑code
Proficiency with Mastercam and familiarity with Brother and Okuma machine platforms
A problem‑solving mindset and strong attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, hands‑on environment
A desire to keep learning and growing your technical craft
