This is not a desk-only recruiting role — and that’s the point
If you’ve spent time caring for others or supporting learning—as a caregiver, CNA, teacher’s associate, healthcare worker, or in another people-first role—and you’re ready to help others grow, succeed, and feel confident in their work, this role may be a strong next step.
We’re looking for a Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator who thrives on relationships, momentum, and development. This role blends recruiting, training, and coaching—ideal for someone who understands what it takes to do the work well and enjoys helping others rise to the challenge.
If you love conversations, problem-solving in real time, and being a steady support for others, you’ll feel at home here.
What This Role Is Really AboutAt its core, this role is about building capable, confident Care Professionals.
You’ll attract and hire caregivers, guide them through onboarding and training, and continue supporting them through coaching and performance oversight. You’ll be a trusted point of connection—helping Care Pros understand expectations, build skills, and feel supported in their roles.
This is a dynamic, people-driven position where your ability to teach, coach, encourage, and follow through matters more than rigid HR rules. You’ll partner closely with Scheduling and Client Care, adjusting priorities as needed and ensuring caregivers have the tools and clarity they need to succeed.
No two days look the same—and that variety is part of what makes this role meaningful.

- Get energy from helping others learn, grow, and succeed.

- Take pride in follow-through and clear communication.
- Prefer collaboration over hierarchy and purpose over routine.
- Experience in healthcare, home care, education, training, recruiting, or coordination.
- Background as a caregiver, CNA, teacher’s associate, or similar helping profession.
- Strong communication skills and confidence leading conversations.
- Comfort balancing multiple priorities and relationships.
(If you’ve been successful in people-facing roles but don’t come from “traditional HR,” we want to hear from you.)
What We Offer- Competitive pay.
- Health insurance options.
- Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays.
- 401(k) with employer match.
- Paid training and thoughtful onboarding.
- A collaborative, energetic team that supports one another.
- Purpose-driven work that makes a real difference—for families and caregivers.
We’re rebuilding this role intentionally and are excited to bring in someone who wants to recruit well, train intentionally, and coach with heart.
