Job Description: As a Banquet Server at Hotel Julien Dubuque, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests during banquets, weddings, conferences, and other special events. You will work closely with our event coordinators and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and a high level of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and arrange tables and chairs according to event specifications.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Ensure that all guest needs are met promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of serving areas.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed.
• Follow health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a banquet server or in a similar hospitality role is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing outstanding guest service.
