Overview
St Dominic Villa is looking for compassionate, kindhearted healthcare professionals who are looking to gain their Wisconsin CNA certification and are looking to further their health care career by becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant. This program offers you the opportunity to work as an assistant to the CNA team while paying you to take FREE courses towards this certification! Obtain CNA within 6 months of hire.

Shifts & Availability- AM Shift (6:00am - 2:00 pm)
- PM Shift (2:00pm - 10:00pm)
- NOC Shift (10:00pm - 6:00am)
- All shifts require every other weekend and a holiday rotation
- Full-time and part-time openings available
- Support CNA team as you pursue CNA certification; participate in training and complete required coursework
- Assist with resident care under supervision, ensuring compassionate and respectful service
- Maintain confidentiality and professional communication with residents, families and staff
- Must be 16+ years old
- Caregiver or customer service experience preferred
- Enrollment in and successful completion of Certified Nursing Aide Program and testing; training provided at no cost
- Commitment to quality programs and services for residents/patients/clients
- Excellent communication and human relation skills
- Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information
- Ability to relate well to residents/patients/clients, family members / personal representatives
- Ability to collaborate with all internal and external customers
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and adapt with flexibility when needed
- Ability to hear and communicate verbally, visually and in writing with staff and residents
