You will work 3 days/week, hours will typically be 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, for 48 hours per pay period. You will flex to other shifts as needed. This position has a rotation weekend call (no more than once per month)
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Echocardiogram Technician (Echo Tech) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing echo cardiographic studies to assist physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac conditions. This role requires technical proficiency, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to patient care.

Responsibilities- Perform routine and emergency transthoracic, transesophageal, and stress echocardiograms.
- Operate ultrasound equipment and maintain imaging records in accordance with hospital protocols.
- Analyze and review test results for clarity and accuracy before submission to interpreting cardiologists.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout procedures.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive cardiac care.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of equipment and exam rooms.
- Stay updated on advancements in cardiac imaging techniques and technology.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography or Echocardiography program
- License(s)/Certification(s): Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer registration (RDCS) with American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers or from Cardiac Credentialing International
