Join our ENT team as a Part-Time Audiologist at Medical Associates
, where you’ll help patients reconnect with the sounds that matter most. Working closely with experienced ENT physicians, you’ll deliver personalized, high-quality audiology care in a collaborative clinical environment that values professionalism, teamwork, and patient-centered care.
Medical Associates Clinic is a physician-owned multi-specialty group practice. Our 200+ providers and 900 health care professionals is dedicated to delivering exceptional care across Northeast Iowa, Southwest Wisconsin and Northwest Illinois.

- Conduct comprehensive audio logic evaluations, including patient histories and diagnostic testing
- Interpret results, document findings, and partner with ENT physicians to guide treatment decisions
- Develop individualized treatment plans and provide follow-up care
- Perform hearing aid evaluations, fittings, dispensing, and repairs
- Support the Audiology and Hearing Aid department through select administrative responsibilities, including prior authorizations, ordering, and third-party funding coordination
- Maintain and calibrate audiology equipment and assist with evaluating new technology
- Contribute to special projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications Experience- 1–3 years of audiology or related clinical experience preferred
- Graduate degree in Audiology or equivalent professional education
- Active audiology license required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trust and influence positive outcomes with patients and colleagues
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort working with audiology equipment and hearing aid technology
