RFA Engineering () is an engineering service provider dedicated to delivering our clients with timely engineering support and expertise. We are seeking a growth-oriented candidate to become an integral part of our engineering team. The selected candidate will work with an experienced engineering staff using state-of-the-art engineering tools & processes. This position will operate onsite at our customer's world-class engineering and manufacturing facility.

Machine Rebuild CoordinatorA Machine Rebuild Coordinator is responsible for managing asset control, documentation, and execution support for prototype and machine rebuild programs involving off-road equipment. This role serves as a key liaison between engineering, shop operations, supply chain, and inventory teams to ensure accurate tracking, timely builds, and complete documentation throughout the machine lifecycle.
Responsibilities- Coordinate asset management activities supporting machine rebuild and prototype programs
- Track and maintain configuration status for all active rebuild and prototype machines
- Support prototype build activities including documentation, part tracking, and shop coordination
- Generate and manage work orders to support onsite build and modification efforts
- Provide accurate tracking documentation for machine updates and engineering changes
- Support post-build inventory reconciliation, including material usage and variance reporting
- Collaborate with engineering, shop technicians, supply chain, and other cross-functional teams to meet build deadlines
- Monitor project timelines and proactively communicate risks or delays
- Maintain organized documentation and reporting for internal stakeholders
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Supply Chain, Business or related field; or equivalent experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience using ERP systems such as SAP
- Exposure to large machinery, heavy equipment, or off-road equipment platforms
- Understanding of manufacturing, assembly, or rebuild processes
- Experience with inventory management systems and reconciliation processes
- Ability to read basic engineering drawings or parts documentation
- Experience supporting prototype or low-volume builds
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced engineering environment

Pay Range: $45,000-$65,000 – Commensurate with experience
