RFA Engineering () is an engineering service provider dedicated to delivering our clients with timely engineering support and expertise. We are seeking an experienced candidate to become an integral part of our engineering team. The selected candidate will work with an experienced engineering staff using state‑of‑the‑art engineering tools & processes. This position will operate onsite at our customer's world‑class engineering and manufacturing facility.

The main function of the Engineering Technician - Product Coordinator is to ensure all engineering workflow is kept up to speed with the status of new product development. This individual will help push people along that need to complete tasks that are holding up the program. They will also be responsible for delivering engineering packages and part lists for machine builds.

• Coordinate project timelines and track progress to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Facilitate communication among team members, including marketing, engineering, and manufacturing.
• Manage and maintain product documentation, ensuring all information is accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards.

• Bachelor’s or Associates degree in business, supply chain, engineering or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.

• Proficiency in project management tools and software. (SAP Preferred)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

Pay Range: $45,000-$65,000 – Commensurate with experience

Our work includes concept development, product design, documentation, problem‑solving, simulation, optimization, and testing of components, systems and complete machines. Our engineering staff is located at our Engineering Center in Minneapolis, branch office in Dubuque, IA, and at numerous customer sites throughout the U.S.
