This role is for an Engineering Analyst (Entry Level) in Dubuque, IA, offering a 12+ month contract at $20-$21/hr requires a Bachelor’s degree, strong attention to detail, and familiarity with SAP and PLM systems. Onsite work only.

Hours:
40 hours/week
Pay: $20/hr - $21/hr
Responsibilities- Coordinate and update SAP data related to engineering design changes for complex parts and assemblies.
- Create, maintain, and audit Bills of Material (BOMs), Material Masters, and part attribute data.
- Support the Engineering Change Management process to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Review, audit, and process specification-related request forms from the business.
- Monitor engineering changes to ensure data integrity and uniformity.
- Serve as a liaison between engineering, manufacturing, and business stakeholders.
- Support project teams by providing specification feedback and recommendations.
- Coordinate inter-factory implementation decisions.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings, document discussions, and publish meeting minutes.
- Perform specification audits and support continuous process improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Industrial, Manufacturing, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or related field).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex data.
- Basic understanding of structured data, specifications, or engineering documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Dubuque, IA.
- U.S. work authorization (no visa sponsorship).
- Internship or academic experience in engineering, manufacturing, data analysis, or technical operations.
- Exposure to SAP ERP systems.
- Experience with PLM systems (Windchill, PDMLink, or similar).
- Familiarity with engineering change processes (ECR/ECN).
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Willingness to learn enterprise systems and engineering workflows.
