H1b Eligible Board Eligible or Board Certified in Emergency Medicine Position Details

• Full-time position, including dedicated administrative time, with flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient access
• 126-bed, fully accredited hospital ®ional healthcare system that includes not only hospital services, but clinic and home services as well.
• Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordination
Responsibilities
• Twelve 12-hour shifts/month
• Annual visit volume: 20,
• 16 private treatment rooms: including 2 advanced trauma rooms, behavioral health rooms and a Gynecology room
• Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve
• Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent work/life balance with flexible scheduling
Staffing Model:
• Sunday - Tuesday: 1 MD and 2 APPs (10a-10p) and (4p-12a)
• Wednesday - Saturday: 1MD and 1

Qualifications
• Board Certified in Emergency Medicine
• Minimum of five (5) years of Emergency Medicine experience
• Previous Medical Director experience preferred
