Tour Coordinator

• Serve as the central coordination point for factory tours, visits, and onsite events, ensuring a seamless experience for employees, visitors, and customers.
• Coordinate logistics, schedules, and onsite support for customer and employee visits, working closely with factory leadership and cross functional teams.
• Manage time sensitive priorities and proactively align tour and event schedules to avoid conflicts with downtime, shift changes, or major factory activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service and act as a professional representative of the Dubuque factory during visits and events.
• Maintain accurate schedules, communications, and documentation related to tours, events, and visitor coordination.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple, time sensitive schedules and priorities
• Professional customer service skills and comfort interacting with leaders, customers, and visitors
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint) for scheduling and coordination
• High attention to detail and proactive problem solving mindset
