GYMGUYZ is seeking a motivated and outgoing Fitness Services Sales Representative to develop partnerships with local businesses and help expand our fast-growing fitness services throughout Central Ohio.

This is a flexible, part-time role ideal for someone with sales, business development, or networking experience who enjoys meeting new people and building relationships. You will represent a respected fitness brand while helping individuals and organizations improve their health and wellness.

• $20.00 per hour
• Performance-based bonuses (additional earning potential)
• Part-time with opportunity to grow into full-time

• Flexible, self-managed schedule
• Monday–Friday during standard business hours
• No evenings or weekends required (unless you choose to attend optional networking events)

• Prospect and develop new partnerships with local businesses, apartment communities, and organizations
• Conduct cold calls, warm outreach, and in-person meetings with decision-makers
• Attend networking and community events to promote GYMGUYZ services
• Build and maintain long-term business relationships
• Generate qualified leads and close partnership opportunities
• Represent the GYMGUYZ brand professionally in the community

• Sales, business development, or customer-facing experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with cold outreach and in-person networking
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Professional, reliable, and goal-oriented
• Passion for health, fitness, or helping others is a plus
