Sales Representative, Sales Development Rep/SDR

This full-time, on-site role is based in Dublin, OH, offering a base salary of $45,000-$60,000 plus uncapped commissions and bonuses, with an expected 1st-year OTE of $100K and 2nd-year OTE of $150K+.
Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, paid holidays, and 3 weeks PTO in the first year. Typical hours are Mon-Fri, 8:30 am - 4:00 pm ET, with early Fridays off. Start date is ASAP. Sponsorship is not available.
The role involves reaching out to businesses in deregulated energy markets, identifying their energy needs, and presenting tailored solutions. Initially, focus heavily on outbound lead generation (50-100 touchpoints daily) with a goal to close deals within six months. The team is collaborative and competitive, supporting your growth.
