Position Summary:

This role ensures guests receive the highest quality food in a timely, pleasant manner, supporting the Retail Store Manager in delivering exceptional food and fostering an engaging work environment that promotes the company's values.

• Greet guests warmly to make them feel welcomed and appreciated.
• Follow recipes and food prep procedures accurately when assigned to the food service area, ensuring proper wrapping and labeling of food.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in the food area, adhere to food safety protocols, and ensure equipment maintenance.
• Operate the register efficiently and friendly to process sales and minimize guest wait times.
• Keep the food service area clean and organized.
• Monitor product levels, rotate stock, and ensure availability to meet guest demand and achieve 100% in-stock goal.
• Lead by example in executing company values, programs, processes, and policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or supervisor in their absence.
• Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.

Store team members, Store Manager, District Manager, corporate personnel, and vendors.

• Preferred Education:
  
  High School or GED.
• Preferred Experience:
  
  3-6 months in retail or guest service restaurant.
• Certifications:
  
  Serv Safe/Food Safety certification is a plus but not mandatory.

• Comfortable interacting with guests and team members.
• High energy and ability to switch tasks quickly.
• Team-oriented with willingness to help others.
• Helpful computer skills.

This position can be part-time (up to 29 hours) or full-time (30-40 hours), involving day and night shifts, including weekends and holidays. Store hours may vary, and travel is approximately 5%. Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods is required. Work environment includes moderate noise levels and cold temperatures in cooler areas. Specialized attire is required in food establishments.
