Our Member Frontline Cashier Associates are the heart of our front end, impacting how members feel during their shopping experience. You will run registers, support members through the self‑checkout experience, and maintain a clean, welcoming area. The role requires fast‑paced multitasking, customer service, and a positive attitude.

• Operate cash registers and self‑checkout equipment while greeting and thanking members
• Scan items, process payments, and give correct change
• Maintain a clean, organized, and member‑ready work area
• Assist members with questions, product location, and purchasing decisions
• Handle member issues and concerns and promote company products and services
• Follow safety procedures, conduct safety sweeps, and report unsafe situations
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
• Collaborate with managers, co‑workers, and other business partners to prioritize tasks and improve operations

• Customer Service experience
• Retail experience operating front‑end equipment (e.g., cash register)
• Experience working with mobile retail applications
