We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot, helping members with their purchases, and ensuring carts are ready and available.

You will also assist our members with loading their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go. Rain or shine, sleet or snow, our members count on you.

• Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area; assist with loading purchases into vehicles as needed
• Ensure carts and flatbeds are available and maintained; assist members with transporting items
• Provide exceptional customer service by acknowledging members, answering questions, and guiding them as needed
• Promote the company’s products and services; assist with safety and organization of the parking lot
• Assist with processing member purchases and payments according to company policies
• Operate carts retrieval equipment and maintain parking lot cleanliness
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines; report unsafe conditions to management

• Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills; dedicated to member satisfaction
• Customer service oriented with a positive attitude
• Walmart/Sam’s Club policies and safety practices knowledge is preferred
• This is a part-time role with duties that may require exposure to various weather conditions
