Join the loudest store in the mall! We're looking for music and pop culture fanatics to help create the best experience for our customers. As a Hot Topic Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll be a key part of our success by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and replenishing products, and merchandising the store attractively, all while focusing on the in-store experience.

• Provide an engaging shopping experience to encourage customer loyalty, demonstrating product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Maintain visual standards by covering the sales floor zone.
• Operate the register, process sales transactions, and promote additional benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes and store merchandising.
• Communicate fashion and music trends to management and HQ partners.
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of spells (metaphorically speaking).
• Help keep the stock room organized and the store tidy.
• Work effectively as part of a team to accomplish store goals.
• Perform any other activities assigned by your Store Leader.

• Experience in retail preferred; passion for music and pop culture is a plus.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.
