• Establishing and maintaining Guest Services.
• Supporting the Store Manager in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability.
• Developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with company policies and procedures.

• Minimum age of 18.
• Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
• Physical demands require in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
