We’re building a new drug delivery platform that replaces pills and injections with fast-dissolving nanofiber strips designed to improve acceptability, compliance, and outcomes in animal health.

The Role:

We are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Technician to support formulation development and pilot-scale production in our Dublin, Ohio laboratory facility.

You will work directly with advanced materials, precision equipment, and proprietary electrospinning systems to manufacture next-generation dissolvable nanostrips for animal health.

You will play a critical role in translating R&D into scalable, high-quality production.

What You’ll Do:

• Weigh and mix polymers, excipients, and solvents according to batch records
• Operate electrospinning equipment to produce nanofiber films
• Perform mechanical and physical testing on finished materials
• Assist with scanning electron microscopy (SEM) sample preparation and analysis
• Cut, package, and label finished strip products
• Maintain detailed documentation of manufacturing runs and quality checks
• Follow and help refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Support inventory management and order fulfillment
• Maintain cleanroom/lab organization and compliance standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in manufacturing, laboratory operations, or materials processing
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with precise measurements
• Ability to follow SOPs and maintain clean documentation
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Mechanically inclined and confident operating specialized equipment
• Interest in advanced materials, biomedical devices, or pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Passion for animal health and improving care accessibility

Bonus if you have:

• Experience with electrospinning or thin-film manufacturing
• Experience in GMP or regulated environments
• Materials science, chemistry, biomedical, or engineering background
