Systems Engineer
Location
this role will be for our West region and will be servicing the following states:
California, Washington, Oregon, Nevada, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico.
Looking for Candidates based in California, preferably in the greater LA market.
This position is responsible for supporting the timely and quality technical project management, installation and training, and long term technical account management of Cardinal Health products and services to facilitate technology adoption and workflow change management.
Position Accountabilities- Applies advanced knowledge and understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to manage a wide variety of projects
- Works on or may lead complex projects of large scope
- Works with 3rd party vendors to integrate with Cardinal Health products
- Installation and training of Cardinal Health products at customer locations
- Customer technical account management
- Participates in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals
- Recommends new practices, processes, metrics, or models
- Projects may have significant and long-term impact
- Provides solutions which may set precedent
- Independently determines method for completion of new projects
- Receives guidance on overall project objectives
- Acts as a mentor to less experienced colleagues
- Travel up to 50%
Excellent written and oral communication skills, knowledge and proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite Applications.
Technical Skillsproject mangagment, change managment, training, risk management. Ability to assess clinical outcomes, perform data analysis and summarize into reports.
