Facilities Maintenance - Part Time

Crown Eurocars in Dublin, Ohio has an opening for a Part Time position in their Facilities Maintenance Department.

This position is responsible for maintaining all Crown Automotive buildings, equipment and grounds in our Dublin, OH dealership areas.

• Prefer One Year Maintenance Experience

• Basic Math and Measurements Knowledge
• Ability to carry out detailed written or oral instructions

• Ability to complete paperwork.

• Current Driver’s License and ability to meet US employment and Crown’s eligibility requirements.

• Maintains routine monthly items i.e. pest control and ac filters.
• Maintains HVAC systems.
• Performs minor plumbing repairs.
• Replaces light bulbs.
• Responsible for janitorial supplies.
• Follows up on security issues.

• Maintains company vehicles.
• Delivers messages.
• Drives company vehicle to transport small equipment or tools between departments.
• Attends department meetings as requested.
• Reports any safety issues immediately to management.
• Complies with all policies as described in the Crown Employee Handbook.
• Other duties may be assigned, based on company’s needs.
