Marketing Strategy Consultant - Marketing & Sales Job Description

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Marketing Strategy Consultant. Position type:
Full‑time, Contract. Duration: 12+ Months.

Day to Day Responsibilities

• As a Marketing Strategy Consultant specializing in B2B digital marketing and analytics, you will support the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive growth and improve campaign performance.
• This role requires strong digital marketing expertise, solid analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal clients and cross‑functional teams. You will help coordinate strategic A/B testing initiatives, support digital campaign execution, and contribute to process improvements that enhance business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have: B2B Digital Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution, Marketing Analytics & Performance Measurement and A/B Testing & Optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Conduct A/B testing to compare messaging, creative, and targeting approaches, and share insights with stakeholders.
• Support the development and execution of digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and audience needs.
• Assist in planning, implementing, and optimizing digital campaigns across various trade classes.
• Use analytics tools to track performance metrics, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare presentations summarizing performance trends and recommendations.
• Collaborate with finance, analytics, and business partners to support enhancements to revenue models.
• Contribute ideas for new strategies, tactics, and digital innovations to improve campaign performance.
• Assist in evaluating emerging technologies and provide input on potential adoption.

Pay Range: $70‑$75 per hour. Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including education, work experience, location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
