POS Analyst

• Configure and manage CMC / CFC menus.

• Utilize Aloha POS systems effectively - must have Aloha

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless POS operations.

• Participate in Agile project environments, utilizing tools such as Jira or other project boards.

• Provide support and troubleshooting for POS-related issues.
Pay:40-46/hr

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in POS programming.

• Strong knowledge of CMC menu configuration and Aloha POS systems.

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

• Ability to thrive in an Agile environment. (not required)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience with Service Now is helpful but not required.

• Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools.
