Job Description

The Digital Manager will support the delivery of digital and technology-enabled projects within complex construction programmes.

The role focuses on hands‑on digital delivery, working with project teams and clients to implement digital solutions that support successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of digital and technology-enabled projects across complex programmes.
  • Coordinate digital work streams including information management, BIM, data and reporting.
  • Work closely with project teams, clients and specialist consultants to ensure effective digital delivery.
  • Support the development and implementation of digital delivery plans and deployment activities.
  • Monitor progress of digital activities and support reporting on performance, risks and issues.
  • Ensure digital deliverables meet agreed standards and project requirements.
  • Support integration of digital solutions across design, construction and handover phases.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and decision‑making through digital tools and processes.
Qualifications
  • Experience delivering digital or technology‑enabled projects in infrastructure, real estate or complex project environments.
  • Good understanding of digital delivery in the built environment (e.g. information management, BIM, data and reporting).
  • Experience working in multidisciplinary, client‑facing project teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Strong coordination, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with common digital and information management tools is desirable.
  • Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Project management or digital-related certifications are an advantage but not essential.
