Delivery Manager – Enterprise Data Solutions

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Delivery Manager to lead the successful execution of complex data and technology programs across client portfolio. This role serves as the primary point of contact for project delivery, responsible for managing scope, teams, budgets, and client satisfaction. As a Delivery Manager, you’ll oversee enterprise data initiatives involving MDM, PIM, data governance, AI integration, and cloud data platforms.

You will work closely with consultants, architects, and client stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery that aligns with strategic business goals.

• Own and lead the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of data transformation engagements, ensuring client satisfaction and business value realization.
• Oversee multiple projects and teams delivering solutions across MDM, PIM, data governance, data quality, cloud data warehousing, and AI-driven solutions.
• Manage client expectations, track milestones, resolve delivery risks, and communicate proactively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Work with technical and business teams to align delivery plans with architectural blueprints, resource needs, and change management strategies.
• Facilitate project governance processes, including steering committee meetings, status updates, escalations, and retrospectives.
• Partner with engagement leaders, solution architects, and consultants to drive quality and consistency across engagements.
• Ensure delivery methodologies (Agile, hybrid, or waterfall) are appropriately applied based on project requirements.
• Support internal development of delivery frameworks, reusable assets, and best practices.
• Contribute to proposal development, scoping exercises, and client relationship expansion.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in data consulting, enterprise project delivery, or IT program management.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stream programs involving MDM/PIM, data quality, cloud data platforms, and analytics.
• Strong understanding of delivery methodologies, with ability to tailor approaches to client and project needs.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools and reporting dashboards
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks), and data governance tools (Collibra, Informatica).

• Experience delivering solutions with Informatica, Stibo, Riversand, or Enter Works.
• Familiarity with AI/ML use cases in enterprise environments.
• Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, DAMA-DMBOK, or CDMP are a plus.
• Consulting experience with mid-to-large enterprise clients.
