** The Job Details are as follows:
** The Lead SaaS Software Engineer is expected to work closely with the business unit to clearly define and understand the operational processes and challenges including technical specifications related to the application(s), business units, integration and enhancements identifying how the solution(s) can support and improve existing processes, enhancing the KPIs.
* Perform a variety of enhancement, customization, and support activities for Backoffice SaaS applications such as Zendesk, Replicon, Khoros, Aha, Salesforce, One Trust, Net Suite, and Cobblestone.
* Build, maintain, and support integrations and APIs using tools like Dell Boomi, ensuring seamless interoperability between systems.
* Develop solutions using sound software development practices, including proper testing, documentation, and version control.
* Provide expert guidance to business partners by defining project scope, drafting system change requests, identifying functional requirements, and assessing the impact of proposed changes.
* Adhere to and follow internal processes for capturing, recording, and managing incidents and problems to ensure timely resolution and documentation.
* Collaborate with SaaS vendors to diagnose and resolve platform issues and gain a deeper understanding of upcoming platform changes or updates.
* Establish and monitor metrics and processes to evaluate application changes, manage change schedules, and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
* Assist in governing processes related to data management, including how data is stored, changed, moved, and used, while ensuring compliance with legal constraints surrounding Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
* Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in SaaS applications and back-office systems and proactively recommend improvements to existing processes or technologies.
* Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, provide guidance, and develop effective, high-quality solutions that address business needs.
** Requirements:
*** Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a Computer Science-related discipline or 6+ years of applicable work experience
* Experience in Backoffice SaaS applications like Zen Desk, Replicon, Khoros, Aha, Salesforce, One Trust, Net Suite, Cobblestone.
* Experience using Excel, scripting languages, databases and other tools to diagnose problems.
* Software Development skills (ideally in SaaS and / or back-office solutions).
* Organizational skills - comfortable with context switching.
* Expereince with Boomi or a similar integration tool.
* In-depth analysis of existing business operational processes, an understanding of the solutions(s) capabilities.
* SaaS software experience;
Salesforce, Workday, Concur preferred.
* 3+ years’ experience building business process automation solutions using packaged application
