Job Title: Part-Time Activities Aide

Job Type: Part-Time (Evenings & Weekend Availability Required)

Dublin Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and energetic Part-Time Activities Aide to join our team. The Activities Aide plays an important role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by assisting with recreational, social, and therapeutic activities that promote engagement, independence, and well-being.

This position requires evening and weekend availability and is ideal for someone who enjoys working with seniors and creating meaningful experiences for residents.

• Assist with planning and implementing daily activities and events for residents
• Encourage resident participation in group and one-on-one activities
• Support outings, holiday celebrations, and special events
• Help transport residents to and from activities when needed
• Maintain activity supplies and help set up/clean up activity spaces
• Promote a positive, engaging, and supportive environment for residents

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Experience working with seniors or in long-term care is a plus
• Friendly, patient, and dependable personality
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
