Select Medical - - Responsibilities:
Help patients with day to day living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, cooking, washing clothes, making their bed, cleaning their suite;
Driving patients into the community for medical appointments, community activities;
Assisting the rehabilitation therapists with patient activities;
Assisting patients with nurse delegated tasks after training, including taking vital signs and peg tube feedings;
Work as part of the therapy and nursing team to help patients regain independence and return home
